2015 Trip Information
Luggage check, Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Main Entrance. After luggage check, senior will load his/her luggage onto the truck.
If your senior takes any medication (inhalers, epipens, prescription medication, etc), please be sure that the medication is packed in “carry on” luggage. Check-in at the hotel is not until 10:00 PM on Monday and regular luggage will not be delivered to rooms until late on Monday.
It would also be a good idea to pack a ‘light’ change of clothes in “carry on” luggage as the weather will be warmer in Florida.
Please be sure to change your clocks on Saturday night for Daylight Savings Time.
All seniors attending must arrive at Holy Cross on Monday morning at 4:30 AM. We will be checking in at the airport at 7:00 AM. All seniors will receive their trip t-shirt and instructions.
Please see the itinerary for further information.
World Class Vacations, our travel agency, has provided information on Acceptable ID’s, Baggage, TSA Acceptable/Prohibited Items, Disney Dietary Needs and First Aid at the parks.
