2015 Senior Trip to Disney World
Dear Class of 2015 Parents,
Below please find a link for the fact sheet for the 2015 Senior Trip.

Below is information for the 2014 Senior Trip. Please feel free to read through familiarize yourself with next year’s requirements.
Permission Slips and Medical Forms will be posted in January 2015.
Please do not fill out any 2014 forms.

Please return both, along with a copy of the front and back of your medical insurance card, to the Activities Office ASAP.
Parent and Student must sign the Field Trip Permission Form.

All Final payments are due at this time. If you have not paid in full, please do so ASAP.
2014 Trip Information
Luggage check, Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Main Entrance. After luggage check, senior will load his/her luggage onto the truck.
If your senior takes any medication (inhalers, epipens, prescription medication, etc), please be sure that the medication is packed in “carry on” luggage. Check-in at the hotel is not until 10:00 PM on Monday and regular luggage will not be delivered to rooms until late on Monday.
Report to Holy Cross time is 3:30 AM on Monday, March 10, 2014. Please be sure to change your clocks on Saturday night for Daylight Savings Time.
All seniors attending must arrive at Holy Cross High School on Monday morning at 3:30 AM. We will be checking in at the airport at 5:00 AM. All seniors will receive their trip t-shirt.
